At Gmork Tech, we are not happy until the customer is happy. Software is abstract, planning is never perfect, and some scope drift is inevitable. For contract work, we bill hourly up to a fixed maximum that we estimate ahead of time. If the project takes longer than expected without a change to the PRD, the remaining work is on us. If reasonable change requests come up along the way, we will work with you to handle them fairly. Work with us, and we'll work with you.
